Research Standards

Substantial articles start with research before writing. We prefer primary sources where available, including brand pages for product-specific claims and medical or scientific sources for health-adjacent claims.

Product Recommendations

Every recommendation should explain why someone may choose the product and when someone may want something else. We do not invent ratings, review counts, prices, ingredients, expert endorsements, or personal testing experience.
